About the Author

Allison Escoffery is a Jamaican-American writer whose work has appeared in The New York Times, The Paris Review, and The Best American Short Stories. Her debut novel, "Kingston Noir," was a finalist for the PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction and the Hurston/Wright Legacy Award. "Jews, Queers, Germans" is her second novel.
